PAYMENT OF ONLINE ORDERS
We accept all major credit or debit cards via PayPal or Stripe. A PayPal account is not needed to use either method of payment. We dispatch the goods after the payment is received.
PRICES
All prices apply to online orders only. All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
DESPATCH
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 17:00 Monday to Thursday by the end of the next working day. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the following Monday (Where Monday is a Bank Holiday, goods are dispatched the next working day after the holiday)
BODY STANDS
We dispatch body stands two working days after receiving the order. This allows us time to check the stands and pack them securely. We ship via UPS and Parcelforce, and delivery is usually made the next working day after dispatch.

Everything is picked, packed and dispatched from our London warehouse.
Please note that this delivery information only applies to orders directly placed at www.fcelondon.com.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Fashion Course Equipment can refuse or cancel any order at the company’s discretion.
SHORTAGES, DAMAGED GOODS
If damage or shortages occur, please notify Fashion Course Equipment within three working days of receipt by email to info@fcelondon.com (Please note that goods may be sent in more than one parcel.)
RETURNS
If you find a fault with an item within a reasonable time after delivery, and subject to confirmation of the fault, we will refund the amount charged for the product and the reasonable cost of returning the goods.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you would like to return any goods to us, please advise us that you wish to return items and the reason why within 14 days of receipt by email to info@fcelondon.com, and we will issue a returns authorisation number to you. Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the authorisation number. Under no circumstances should goods be returned to us without a returns authorisation number. We cannot accept returns for goods without prior notification.
REFUNDS
Refunds for returned items will only be issued once returned to our warehouse, in a saleable, unused, undamaged condition, in the original packaging. The purchase price of the items is refunded to the same card used to purchase them. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. The suitability of a product is deemed to be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for faulty goods will only be issued once received by our warehouse and will include reasonable shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for the goods until we receive them back.
CONTRACTS AND BULK ORDERS
Customers are requested to apply to the Company for quotations for contracts or bulk orders
EXPORT ORDERS
Customers wishing to purchase from outside the UK are requested to email their requirements to info@fcelondon.com, and we will provide a quote for the goods and the shipping cost. Payment is required before shipment unless a credit account is already open.
Please note we only accept payments in GBP. Fashion Course Equipment will not cover extra costs such as international fees, bank charges, exchange rates or interchange fees.
International shipping costs:
We will provide a quote for shipping once you have advised us of your requirements.
COLOUR
Any colours on this site will be affected by the monitor's settings on which they are viewed and can, therefore, only be an approximation of the actual shade.
