Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase from you?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account. PayPal only process the payments for us. Or you can pay using Stripe.

Do your prices include delivery?

All orders are shipped with free delivery, except for full size body forms (£45.00), and mini-mannequins. (£12.00)

What is your shipping policy?

Our Terms and Conditions contain details of our shipping policy. 

DOMESTIC

Body Stands

All body stands (except Violet) are sent via UPS Standard and are usually delivered the next working day after the dispatch of goods.

Half-scale mini-mannequins are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and are usually delivered before 13:00, the next working day after dispatch.

Equipment

Orders of equipment are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes or other couriers. Delivery will usually take 2 - 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

Please contact us to discuss delivery options and prices for orders from outside of the United Kingdom.

How do I arrange for one of your pop-up shops at our location?

We can provide pop-up shops for our Body Stands and equipment, and we can tailor equipment packs to your specific needs.  Contact us to discuss your requirements.
