We created our soft heads as the solution to problems that students and pattern cutters often encounter when trying to produce the desired hood shape or a high collar without the permanent facility of a model.

The facial features help designers judge the hood face opening. Pattern pieces or draped fabric can be pinned to the soft head while working.

Our heads fit on most torso stands, including those with finials.
